Historique Créé en 2016, le festival Caramelo y Limón est une idée originale de l’Association des Étudiant.e.s en Espagnol (AEE) de l’Université de Genève. En 2017, la co-organisation avec l’Association des étudiant.e.s en Socioéconomie et Démographie (AS&amp;D) de l’Université de Genève débute. Cette collaboration, s’inscrivant dans une logique d’évolution d’un projet qui aspire à grandir, exprime alors l’envie du festival d’aborder la production cinématographique hispanique avec une dimension sociale supplémentaire. Le comité, qui travaille bénévolement, met beaucoup d’énergie afin de préserver ce système au fil des éditions.
